I currently live here, I moved in 4 month's ago and it's been great. Maintenance does a great job of maintaining the property and they are good with anything that needs repairs. Andrew the property manager is a good person. We have security patrol which is great. The swimming pools are very nice. It's pet friendly and an affordable place to rent.

BE CAREFUL ‼️ Be aware that this property uses a spike strip at the entrance/exit gate. I accidentally drove over it and immediately destroyed my tire, which now has to be completely replaced at significant cost. There is little to no visible warning that the spikes will engage if you approach incorrectly. Regardless of fault, the financial impact is severe. Management should consider clearer signage or a safer system to prevent situations like this. This ended up costing me hundreds of dollars.

Yo, this place is actually good. I’ve been living here my entire life and it’s pretty nice there is three pools two playgrounds two bedroom apartment apartments and they allow dogs and cats but just make sure they’re small so like not much things happen. This place is also calm and peaceful. Some of my boys may be screaming, but it’s fine. That’s only rare. Just watch out for all the electric bikes because those could loud and make sure to just to keep a little watch on your kids because one time I saw a kid getting beaten up but he got back up and fought the other kid but there’s some good stuff like there’s two laundries and yeah there’s also some two-story apartments but if you want more room go to the one story apartments.

Después de tanto buscar encontré un lugar excelente y Acabo de mudarme en 2155 lanai #70 Estoy sorprendida son realmente muy eficientes amables responsables en la oficina allí puedes encontrar al Especialista DANIEL EN OCUPACIÓN al ASISTENTE MANAGER EN GENERAL EDGAR y al DIRECT MANAGER ANDREW todo en un solo lugar resolviendo problemas y dando el mejor servicio posible rápido tienen mucha ética profesional son muy profesionales y con mucha experiencia estoy muy feliz de encontrar por fin un hogar para mis hijos los de mantenimiento dan muy buen servicio todo muy limpio y organizado Hay seguridad las 24 horas y muchas áreas para los niños,jóvenes y familias todos aquí son muy bellas personas me siento segura y en paz deseo que las familias puedan encontrar un lugar así de especial.🤩🥳
